As a member of the Omnichannel and Consumer Engagement group you'll partner with a high functioning, high energy team of cross-functional disciplines that bring and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannelnetwork to life for our consumers.

With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance.


The Digital Development Manager leads multiple Agile teams of developers involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of Omnichannelretail technology with a focus on consumer facing solutions.

As an Agile leader you’ll partner with Product and Delivery Managers to build high functioning agile teams. The Digital Development Manager brings strong leadership and management skills including facilitating change, driving operational excellence, code quality standards and striving for continuous improvement.

In this role you will develop, motivate, and evaluate the performance of team members to groom leaders while building relationships and providing strategy and vision that meet overarching department and organizational goals.

You will be influential in the overarching technology choices for the program and be a guardian of a world-class customer experience.

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of IT leadership experience, including team development and management experience
  • Experience with end-to-end IT software and systems solution delivery from idea conception, design, development and transition into production operations and maintenance
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
