Overview of the Role:

Privia Health in the Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to drive Privia’s digital marketing ecosystem, from enterprise websites and lead-generation campaigns to client support and a comprehensive online reputation management program.

In this role you will be responsible for leading corporate digital strategy and managing our main web properties, which serve more than 1,000 physicians and 350 franchise websites. You will work in close collaboration with leadership, product engineering, field sales, corporate analytics, implementation, and performance consulting to develop, manage, and measure the success of Privia’s corporate digital marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously, and managing direct-reports. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with strong knowledge of web development and the Adobe Creative Suite. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and asset performance, with the ability to clearly articulate results to stakeholders.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Manage enterprise and franchise websites to support key company objectives, using UX/UI best practices, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), online affiliates, and social media to promote growth.
  • Drive UI and UX of enterprise and franchise websites to better serve key audiences and patient populations.
  • Serve as the company chief communicator for all things digital, using metrics to show how our digital strategy impacts our marketing efforts and organization growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product engineering, marketing operations, field sales, and key company stakeholders to align online presence and strategy with organizational goals.
  • Measure and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria. Show dedication to telling a story through data and key metrics.
  • Work with the marketing team members to develop inbound lead goals, set up the appropriate infrastructure, measure results and communicate through a strong and consistent feedback loop.
  • Oversee media spend and search to optimize results with a strong understanding and focus on localized SEM targeting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field. MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with a track record of increasing responsibility
  • Strong proficiency in content management systems, such as Wordpress and Drupal
  • Familiarity with web development languages HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
  • Experience across a range of B2B and B2C marketing efforts
  • Experience and Opinion of Analytics and Content Management tools
  • Advertising, digital marketing agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, Microstrategy preferred
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
