Job Description

Work closely with both the Global Digital team to leverage DigitalMarketing processes and capabilities and coordinate the BSv digital strategy locally with countries.

This includes:

  • Working closely with the Global Digitalnetwork (participates & contributes in regular calls with a view to implement & share best practices).
  • Disseminating and using the global and local campaign material in an optimal manner
  • Analyzing results and proposing improvements in strategy on a regular and continuous basis.

Manage Capgemini Business Services’ digital marketing channels, including:

3.1 Definition and execution of the digitalcampaigns strategy and plan

o    Prepare and execute digitalcampaign plans to support product launches, thought leadership publications, and demand generation programs

o    Identify and develop assets to support digitalcampaigns such as infographics, videos, podcasts, email, etc.

o    Prepare social posts, flash cards, banners, etc. to promote campaign assets

o    Use paid distribution to expand reach and network 

3.2 Drive of Web and social media presence defining content and action plan 

Manage Business Services website content

o    Develop and maintain fresh content on BSv pages that effectively presents solutions and capabilities to engage visitors  

o    Ensure that content is up to date and fully supports our brand and positioning

o    Oversee publication and continuous refresh of assets on relevant pages

o    Ensure content and collateral are optimized for SEO

o   Ensures that web strategy is implemented and guidelines are followed in all online initiatives and track results

·Manage Business Services social channels

o    Boost awareness of Capgemini BSv capabilities and offerings through consistent activity on appropriate digitalchannels

o    Manage and build following on BSv Twitter account and LinkedIn showcase page

o    Prepare and schedule daily social media posts for BSv channels

o    Monitor influencer conversations and identify opportunities to engage

o    Use appropriate social channels to drive traffic to BSv content

Curate content for social channels

o    Manage editorial calendar of BSv content to be shared through BSv and Group social channels

o    Align content to product launches, Group themes, and demand gen activity

o    Identify trending topics to base content

o    Maximize the use of content by adapting it for multiple channels

o    Provide content to SMP and countries for promotion across Group channels

  Drive Business Services Expert Connect program

o    Identify BSv experts to add to the program to continue growing BSv participation

o    Enable experts to write blogs to support campaigns and business priorities

o    Work with social media partner to enable experts to expand and leverage their social networks while sharing BSv and 3rd party content

o    Collect information from visitors to build out profile in CRM

o    Measure and optimize campaigns and social activity

o   Monitor key web statistics and apply learnings to optimize campaigns

o   Monitor social mediareports to identify opportunities to optimize activity

o   Monitor CRM campaign activity for impact on demand gen activity

o    Drive social selling initiatives 

3.3  Be a digital evangelist

o  Educate and build excitement among sales, experts, and execs to better utilize digital marketing channels to help achieve business objectives

o  Drive social adoption and best practices across BSv community to amplify messages

o  Bring new ideas and thinking to BSv approach to digital marketing 

  1. Key Relationships:

o  Work closely with Business Services Marcom and Demand Generation teams as well as Marcom teams across SBUs and regions and Group M&C network

o   Work closely with heads of lines of business

o  Work closely with the Group digital team and SMP

o  Engage with experts and executives for content/blog development

o  Strong communication skills

o  Very high standards of both spoken and written English

o  University degree in marketing, digital marketing or related qualification

o  Understanding of social media messaging, tools, and standards

  1. Experience:

o  A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in external communications, digital marketing, along with hands-on writing experience

o  PR experience would be a plus.

o  A master of digitalchannels, knowing which ones to use and when and how to adapt and optimize content according to channel

o  Strong project management skills

o  An interest in the Internet, web communications and media, with preferably an understanding of the IT services and technology industries

o  Team player with the ability to participate and engage in team discussion exchanging and exploring new ideas with a team that is located in different regions

o  A proactive approach and the ability to take the initiative, and self-manage the workload

o  Strong oral communication skills

o  The ability to build and sustain networks and relationships internally, demonstrating influence, integrity and diplomacy.

o  Flair for writing attention grabbing social media posts to engage readers

o  An eye for detail and for accuracy

o  Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
