  • Overview:
  • The Digital Channel Manager will establish new 3rd party affiliate partner relationships as well as be the key point of contact with all existing partners. Responsible to identify, establish and support relationships with third-party residential brokers and channel sales partners. Stay abreast of the market and build a group of highly productive partners. Serve as the point person for all things related to the partners. Day-to-day contact for administrative, operational, analytical, and sales matters related to each of the partners. Stay in regular contact with Vistra peers to coordinate on partner issues
  • Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new relationships and manage interactions that result in a signed contract. Maintain a current list of potential future partners.
  • Maintain great relationships and ensure VBB remains a preferred partner
  • Drive sales results through the set of partners and ensure VBB achieves annual sales targets
  • Be responsive to partner requests and find creative ways to meet those requests
  • Accountable for the administration processes to support the partners including onboarding, getting set up in our systems, reporting, and feedback
  • Coordinate across the VBB team to ensure partner needs are prioritized
  • Create weekly / monthly performance reporting both internally and externally
  • Responsible for payment preparations, approvals, and tracking
  • Oversee the implementation of and changes to enrollment API's
  • Conduct onsite visits at partners as appropriate
  • Proactively capture creative marketing opportunities with partners ​
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales
  • Channel sales or relationship management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Experience managing projects and external vendors
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a collaborative yet demanding team environment
  • Demonstrated success in contract negotiation
