Job Summary

The Digital Campaign Manager will partner with Marketing Managers and other business partners across KinderCare's businesses to develop digital marketing plans and execute on digital marketing campaigns. This role will have a thorough understanding of KinderCare's business and marketing objectives and work collaboratively to develop the right digital approach for each LOB. A successful Campaign Manager will earn the trust of their partners as an advisor and project manager and deliver work that elevates KCE's digital performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and activate the digital strategies and campaigns for KinderCare's three brands. Plan, prioritize, and oversee initiatives – assure projects are executed on-time, align with brand standards, business objectives, and KPIs.
  • Be the day-to-day contact with all stakeholders on your projects. Acts as a subject matter expert of the digital channel capabilities and recommend the right tactics to deliver the desired outcome.
  • Develop strong relationships with the creative and technical partners responsible for development of digital campaigns and content.
  • Represent the Digital Marketing organization in defining seasonal and other marketing campaign strategies that maximize the performance of the digital channels.
  • Anticipate business needs - keep the digital team in the position of leading rather than following.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including: paid media, search, email and other channels as appropriate.


Qualifications Key desired skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex digital marketing projects, including digital advertising, web development and email either as an in-house Campaign Manager or as an Account Manager/Director at an agency.
  • A thorough understanding of digital marketing and web design including graphic design, user experience definition and content strategy.
  • Proven experience building relationships across functional teams, improving team processes, and championing high-quality experiences that drive business results
  • Good multi-tasking, time management and project management skills.
  • Experience with web analytics and tools, such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact with a variety of partners, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multi-location businesses.
