As Juniper’s Global Demand Generation content expert, you will develop binge worthy content designed to fill the demand funnel for our sellers. You will leverage digital insight, customer engagement and profile data that will allow you to recommend the best content, format, offers and vehicles to reach target customers. Your knowledge of the latest demand generation tactics and how to consistently measure and test results will enable real time execution enhancements for optimized results.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Global Director of Demand Generation
  • Provide content strategy to support global Demand Generation plan and achieve strong customer engagement, lead conversion and revenue marketing goals
  • Develop inbound/outbound lead generation content for digital and traditional channels including Organic & Paid Search, Content Marketing, Events, Webinars, and Email
  • Engage target customer by creating ongoing relevant content and offers aligned with customer needs and interests
  • Build relationship with ongoing and engaging content that compels customers to want more
  • Use data analytics, customer profiling and digital insight to recommend content, delivery vehicle and offer needed for engaging target customers
  • Work with the Juniper global marketing team to build templates, tools and processes that enable agility to execute, test and optimize content and offers
  • Work with Theater teams to ensure consistency and relevance of message
  • Track and Report on effectiveness of content against defined KPIs and use closed-loop analysis to continuously improve campaign performance

Our ideal candidate has over 5 years’ experience creating content for digital B2B demand generation campaigns, understands the importance of customer profiling, digital intent data and A/B testing to optimize results. They also have a successful track record or increasing revenue by generating meaningful leads through compelling content.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of expertise in a B2B digital marketing role
  • A comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategy and tactics
  • A proven track record of success in demand generation
  • Experience using customer profiling, digital intent data and A/B testing to optimize results
  • Strong content development and conversion rate optimization experience
  • Must have strong writing and copy-editing skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, time management, organization and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a driven team in a highly collaborative environment.
