Digital Banking Solutions Product Analyst I
As our DigitalBanking Solutions Product Analyst, you’ll leverage your knowledge of back-office bank operations, digitalbanking services, and understanding the needs of a Treasury Management digitalbanking customer to help drive meaningful change. This includes:
Participating in the development of digitalbanking solutions that directly contribute to an operationally efficient back-office environment for our customers.
Working directly with the Senior Product Manager and Product team on new and ongoing projects, including product development, project support, and testing.
Collaborating with your team members to ensure the technical implementation of solutions fulfills the product vision as defined by the Bank and Product Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a key subject matter expert, you will ensure optimal product development and successful rollout of new digitalbanking products and enhancements. Essential duties include:
Act as Product Management liaison throughout the product development and change management processes for assigned projects
Assist in identifying, articulating, and tracking opportunities or deficiencies to improve Bank’s Treasury Management product line
Assist in identifying customer business requirements during product development
Assist in identifying and executing communication and launch plan tasks during projects for assigned products
Develop expert knowledge of assigned and related product lines
Work with Product Owners to develop accurate and relevant User Acceptance Testing (UAT) use cases to document client experience during project development
Perform testing and report findings to Product Owners
Coordinate feedback from all testers executing UAT to the Product Owner
Assist with implementation of developed products
Develop and maintain professional rapport with all areas of the bank
Comply with and stay abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job
Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers
Other duties as assigned

At least 4 years of Bank Operations experience
At least 4 years supporting Treasury Management products
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent customer service skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
Must be energetic, creative, and self-motivated
Preferred (but not required)
End-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
UAT test script development experience
Fiserv Premier knowledge
Experience supporting complex Treasury Management services problems and identifying solutions
Microsoft Access and BrightWorks experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a technical level
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel, Word, Mail, Sharepoint, PowerPoint.

Other Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills, solid business writing skills & User Acceptance Testing experience are required. Good research, analytical, and communication skills are also important to be successful in this role, as well as a demonstrated ability handling multiple projects and product initiatives at one time.
