The ambition is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digitalfinancial services and payments and to enable Chase to deliver the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers increasingly expect.      Digital Analytics - Digital Analytic and Data Collection Manager   Chase Digital is searching for a Data Analytics Manager who will be a key member of the Digital Analytics organization. As an Analytics Manager, you will work as a member of a the cross-functional Digital Analytics team responsible for designing and executing a strategic data collection program in concert with managing the strategic direction of our behavioral analytic platform to maximize business value.  You will work with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Program teams to enable the delivery of comprehensive behavioral analysis to continue to improve the Customers’ Digital experience.  You will be responsible for engaging with business partners across the enterprise to ensure we are able to answer high value channel usage questions and ensure data veracity throughout the collection, transformation and analysis workflows.  We are seeking highly-skilled, passionate, outgoing, and naturally curious candidates that excel in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment with strong leadership and management skills paired with an eye for detail, and drive for execution.   Responsibilities include:

  • Define and implement a robust and scalable server and client side data collection and behavioral application strategy in partnership with architecture, web and mobiledevelopers, behavioral data analysts, tagging specialists, Digital marketing and business solution analysts
  • Develop a roadmap and operational efficiencies to deliver the improved data collection strategy and continually evolve the behavioral analytic program while effectively managing against current and future workstreams
  • Lead a team of data collection specialists in executing against the newly defined data collection strategy in addition to providing support and guidance to assist with prioritization, team development and timely delivery of current and upcoming initiatives
  • Drive the analytics data collection and measurement efforts by partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to influence customer focused business results by translating business objectives into feature measurement specifications complete with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Provide guidance and strategic direction in defining behavioral success metrics, key performance indicators, and specific product engagement metrics
  • Work with the Web and Mobile behavioral analysis teams to ensure event data is transformed into analytically accessible and valuable data sets that can be joined with attitudinal and structured data to answer critical business questions
  • Working closely with business solution analysts to review development specifications and identify and resolve tagging/analytics gaps within our Web and Mobile channels
  • Design and own the feature measurement specifications, standardization, development and documentation for all existing and new development efforts and site functions
  • Manage and prioritize data collection defects and validate resolutions
  • Provide consistent updates on the status of progress/issues, risks and concerns to Digital analytics management
  • Ensure operational excellence for data collection throughout all Digitalchannels via strong documentation, application configuration, user management and training
  • Manage our data collection and behavioral analytic vendor relationships


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Economics, Marketing, Behavioral Analytics, or related discipline, Masters preferred
  • 4+ years proven managerial success
  • 6+ years of experience with both client and server side data collection design and deployment
  • 6+ Years of experience with the implementation and utilization of behavioral analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • 6+ Years of experience with tag management tools such as Adobe DTM, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten
  • Knowledge of web and mobile development frameworks and languages
  • Deep knowledge and experience collecting and analyzing customer click-stream data
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to effect change throughout the organization by influencing key stakeholders and business units through thoughtful impact analysis and strong presentation skills
  • Proven critical and strategic thinker; ability to understand available information, synthesize, and communicate a proposed solution clearly and concisely to analysts, business and product owners and developers
  • Strong planning and organization skills that fosters a disciplined approach to setting priorities across multiple lines of business
  • Experience working across multiple disciplines and lines of business with varying understanding and appetite for data collection and behavioral analytics
  • Familiarity with Agile development process and project management systems
  • Desire to be a “player coach” in a fast paced, digital environment
  • Passion for and interest in financialtechnology and digital customer experience
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, project management and presentation skills
