Upshot is looking for a digitally-savvy Account Supervisor to support the agency's most integrated client.

The Digital Account Supervisor will manage all things associated with the coordination, execution and internal routings of the team's digital projects with a focus on large brand website and content development. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Special emphasis placed on managing mid to large-scale interactive/digital based projects from beginning to end, within a team environment. This person will report to the VP of Account Management of the Smart Home Collective and work closely with the Strategy/Planning, Creative, UX, PM, Media/Social, Retail, Analytics, and Tech Departments as part of a collaborative project team.     


  • Digital lead in the development of 360 programs with the responsibility to bringing campaign ideas to life expertly across digital platforms and touch points
  • Lead successful eCommerce website launches, adhering to (and improving) our agile web development process
  • Drive all aspects of managing projects, with support from PM counterparts, including: scope, timelines, budget, available resources, communication, requirements, and risks
  • Develop program briefs in collaboration with team leadership and planning/strategy
  • Lead client teams through ongoing execution of yearly digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives, adhering to (and improving) processes, and the sell-in of that work
  • Anticipate client questions and provide thought out answers, using our SME's as needed
  • Translate client's business objectives into executable project plans for internal teams
  • Create visibility and transparency (one of our core values) into the progress of the project for client stakeholders
  • Use lessons learned from previous projects to instill a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ability to understand technically complex concepts and articulate to clients clearly
  • Work tightly with Development, Media, Design, and Conversion teams to ensure a working familiarity with our services
  • Provide organization, presentation skills and pre-sale support to Sales and Marketing teams for prospective clients
  • Develop reporting for clients and internal leadership on progress and results, escalating when needed
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity of all kinds and strive to live in a world of clarity
  • Developing thought leadership that ensures our clients are educated on relevant trends impacting our work
  • Comfortable influencing people, anticipating and resolving issues, and can always see the big picture
  • Comfortable taking the reins with large groups from various departments to bring them together to make things happen 


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6-8years of experience of leading digital programs and looking to be part of a team developing 360, omni-channel programs
  • Mac literate, in the applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and Project Server) and database management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, focus on problem solving; solutions-oriented, ability to delegate tasks, as appropriate, willingness to accept accountability, etc.)
  • Job may require some evening and/or weekend work
  • Experience managing large eCommerce website development projects or running digital marketing campaigns 
  • Preferredexperience working at an agency 
  • High competency in project planning and tracking tools 
  • Familiarity with HTML, iOS, CMS systems, audio and video tools, design and multimedia tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), and working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (including and especially Salesforce) a plus
