Seeking experienced Field Service Engineer to service Siemens MRI units for client hospitals within specified geographic area.
*** Service, repair, conduct safety testing, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens MRI systems.
*** Prepare and follow technical manuals, processes, and procedures relating to equipment serviced.
*** Manage all facets of customer service: rapid customer response, quality site management, and customer follow-up management.
*** Complete documentation on field service tickets, QA forms, and inspectionreports for each job.
*** Maintain open communication with management about service issues, and propose solutions to service issues.
