POSITION PROFILE

Knoll is looking for an experienced Development Delivery Manager, who will support and manage our ongoing online development efforts. The ability to work with end users on requirements gathering, writing specifications for developers, and performing quality assurance on completed work is key. Understanding End to End Processes and excellent documentation skills are required. You should also be able to manage and lead multiple small to medium sized projects, and work with a variety of development resources to complete projects.

Required Skills

• Working with end users to prepare detailed requirements for development teams.
• Understand End to end process flows and user journeys and prepare documentation and flows to support.
• Understand the roles of Process, Data and Technology in order to drive solutions.
• Managing a variety of development efforts, large and medium in scope.
• Preparing and maintaining development roadmaps including resource allocation.
• Excellent knowledge of Java and web development technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, addressing both End users and development teams equally.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 - 10 years experience in application development.
• Experience with Java development, preferably in web-based applications.
• Experience with front end development preferred.
• Experience managing small to medium sized development projects.
• Experience working directly with end users on requirements, QA and project management.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite for managing development processes required.
• Solid experience writing detailed requirements for web-based platforms, including UI and as well as service and data layers.
