Develop and provide technical support for new ink products meeting customer application requirements for contact and non-contact printing technologies.
*** Develop new ink products for specific applications.
*** Select materials and ingredients to allow for manufacture of ink at lowest practical cost.
*** Conduct testing to verify ink formulas meet application requirements.
*** Provide status reports on project status with regards to ink development.
*** Analyze and suggest methods to reduce manufacturing costs.
*** Provide technical support for ink manufacturing processes, specific customer application issues, and potential customer problems.
*** Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure overall satisfaction.
*** Provide feedback on environmental, safety and health related questions with regard to ink and ink-related products.
