- Manager?s first preference would be for candidates who have worked in call center environment providing desktop support. 2nd would be desktop supportexperience in a large environment.
- Candidate will be supporting tickets and will also provide support to small projects at the contact center.
- Assist Contact center operations are functioning as needed.
- Includes hardware platforms, operating systems, utilities and related tools and devices. Assists with analyzing and evaluating system malfunctions and takes appropriate action to correct as directed. Escalates malfunctions when necessary.Documents problems and resolutions.
- Strong experience & knowledge related to computer systems, peripherals & technologies. Must be self directed and able to work in a team environment. Strong client relations/customer service skills. Knowledge of VoIP & telephony. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of wide and local area networks and associated hardware.Strong knowledge of mobile devices.Typically 3+ years of related IT experience.
