· Cloud Based DTS
· Experience with Zendesk (ticketing sytem)
· Experience with Office 365, PC’s (Dells preferred), Video Conferencing Software.
· Impeccable Customer Service Experience.
· Some experience with Macs will be good.

. Excellent troubleshooting and supporting skills.
. Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.
. Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
. Document procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.
. Perform other duties as required
. Maintain an inventory of hardware, software, and miscellaneous computer and network supplies for immediate and/or planned future use.
