Desktop Support Analyst
5 - 7 years experience • Transportation Services
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experiencesupporting:
Patch management and administration
Network (LAN/WAN/Wireless) infrastructure
Firewall and content filtering
Microsoft Office (technical and configuration, not training)
Microsoft Active Directory
Virtualized server environment
The successful candidate should have work experience in the following:
Windows Server Support. Provision, configure, monitor, patch and decommission Windows2008, 2012 and 2016 servers mostly within a virtual environment.
Data and Disaster Recovery Administration. Maintain, monitor and provide data recovery services using CommVault.
Network Infrastructure Administration. Assist network engineers with managing switch and routerinfrastructure including enterprise wireless.
IT Security Administration.Work withothersecurity administrators to provide a safe, secure yet accessible network of compute and storage. Includes log administration and AV administration.
Helpdesk Support On-Call and Alternate. This role provides overflow support to the Helpdesk Tier 1 team during high-volume support periods. The role also participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation with other team members in similar roles.
Windows 10 Tier 2 / Tier 3 Support. This role participates in issue resolutions for desktop systems that are beyond the scope of the Tier 1 helpdesk team.
