Senior Project Design Manager: The Senior Project Design Manager will have machine tooling design experience specific to automotive BIW using UGNX.  Additionally, the ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in a Project Design Management role.  

Process Simulate Designer: The Simulation Engineer evaluates various robotic applications to develop manufacturing processes. The objective is to validate the functionality, sequence & cycle time of these applications.  Verify or create a process that will comply with the customer requirements. Candidates must have: Experience with simulation software; Process Simulate Simulation skills to include developing reach studies, gun search, placing equipment, kinematics, gun kinematics, pathing, off line programming, controller setup, SOP, weld distribution and design skills to include BIW welding fixtures and welding equipment.  

Robot Simulation Engineer: The Simulation Engineer evaluates various robotic applications to develop manufacturing processes. The objective is to validate the functionality, sequence & cycle time of these applications.  Verify or create a process that will comply with the customer requirements. Candidates must have: 5 years of experience in Robot Simulation as well as experience working on General Motors projects. A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience with Process Simulate and Delmia Igrip.    

System Layout Designer: The System Layout Designer will be responsible for preparing system layouts of automotive body assembly/body welding lines or of various processes; performing field checks and documenting findings; working with processing, design and simulation to achieve a valid system layout; applying tooling/robot placement to attain a functional system; adhering to customer specifications per project; and must have a good understanding of assembly  system functionality including process, design, robotics, controls, and manufacturing knowledge. Candidates must have: Experience system layout for body assembly with AutoCAD and Factory CAD skills. Must have knowledge of Chrysler and/or General Motors standards and specifications. Knowledge of BA GEO and Fixture Tools for Framing, Bodyside Systems and Sub-Assemblies.
