We are searching for a project manager with experience in corporate interiors but also the ability to work across multiple project typologies, including core and shell.  Be part of exciting design and bring a new perspective to what we do. Responsibilities to include:

  • Implement one or more projects through management of project teams
  • Experience with the entire project life cycle, through post-occupancy
  • Work with the Project Designer and Project Architect to mentor and provide leadership to the team and client
  • Develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, billings and collections
  • Negotiate fees and contracts
  • Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors
  • Track financial performance of projects with proven fiscal accountability and responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Architecture (or related field)
  • Professional License or certification essential and LEED Accreditation encouraged
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred
  • Direct project experience working within U.S. industry/building standards and regulations 
  • Extensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
