Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design high speed PCB circuits and switches for application with Intel x86 server platforms and SoC processors; Perform IC circuit design using OrCAD tools; Conduct validation and debugging of switches and server systems; Coordinate with other validation/BIOS/firmware teams to identify and resolve issues for server system and switch products; Ensure products conform to engineering specifications, regulatory guidelines, and customer performance expectations; Provide clear technical documentation to accompany products transferred to manufacturing; Execute Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) simulation tools and provide inputs to design and lab teams; Verify PCB material high speed signal components such as Multi-phase VRM, high speed signal handling (USB/ SATA/ SAS/ QPI) and DDR4/DDR3 memory


MSEE. + 2 yrs. post-graduate exp. in high-speed PCB circuits design and validating switch in x86 Server platform and SoC processor for embedded systems and cloud computing systems. Experience must include the use of: schematic design tool OrCAD and layout tool Allegro, PI/SI simulations tools, VRM technology and support for support for DDR3/DDR4 memory and SATA and USB ports.
