PAE is seeking a Deputy Program Manager on program employing 600+ individuals. The DPM is key personnel on program, reports directly to the Program Manager, and works closely with the Business Manager and other functional leaders and operations managers. This individual leads a team of several full performance professionals in a matrixed organization to develop and oversees all functional and operational aspects of the program. This individual will need to be adept at managing people, processes, and data sets across company and government customer networks and site locations. A successful DPM will maintain a flexible work schedule and be willing to live in the Washington Metropolitan area to support program objectives and client mission requirements. With the PM, the DPM is responsible for several regular and irregular deliverables (operational, functional, financial, contractual, etc.) to corporate and customer leadership to included but not be limited to CDRL development and delivery, MCSR development and delivery, revenue, profit and DSO goals. The DPM will also provide oversight to performance management and staffing activities (recruiting strategy/events and resource allocation/scheduling). DPM will support PM in subcontracts and vendor management. When the PM is not present, the DPM acts on his or her behalf to represent the program and company as appropriate.
