The Deputy General Manager of the Channel Marketing team plays a critical role in the development, execution and communication of the company's overall marketing strategy along with carrier channel GTM activities for the wireless product portfolio. This is a senior-level marketing management position that will oversee channel marketing for all divisional customers in North America.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA preferred.
12+ years of demonstrated success in managing B2B and Consumer targeted marketing programs, product marketing, or similar discipline; 2-3 years in a marketing leadership role
Strong channel marketing experience with U.S. carriers and mobility partners
Wireless industry experience working on consumer and vertical focused B2B targeted devices, preferably rugged devices
Exceptional presentation and story-telling skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with executive level contacts (both customer and internal), as well as with partner-level contacts within the Engineering and Sales teams
Experience leading, motivating and managing a team of marketing individuals
Financial management, reporting and ROI analysis
Agency direction and management
Drive PR, media and corporate communications
Oversee market research (primary and secondary)
Effective organizational, negotiation, verbal and written skills
Strong problem solving, creative thinking and leadership skills
Travel expectations around 20%-30%.
