Key Relationships: DOE Employee Unions, Office of Labor Relations (OLR), and Senior Cabinet. Works closely with top DOE managers, labor/legal staff and human resources staff to ensure adherence to terms of labor contract by advising on day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions.
