What You'll Do
This individual will independently manage initiatives to maximize profitable growth for subsets of UMB's personal banking deposit portfolio. Will be responsible for leading projects from ideation to implementation of new products and services that meet client and business units' needs.
-Perform research to identify emerging trends and optimize product performance, and will assist in achieving the growth and acquisition strategies focusing on deposits.
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product performance against budget and in comparison to the market.
-Independently manage small-to-midsize projects from ideation through implementation and tracking, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional team including: Operations, Marketing, Legal, Business Units, Finance, and Compliance.
-Conduct ongoing market analysis of competitive landscape to provide a basis for investment or expansion of solutions
-Other duties as assigned.
We are open to this position being located outside the Kansas City area

-5+ years of related experience

-Demonstrates advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Demonstrates ability to analyze data/results, prepare reports, and propose recommendations to leadership teams
-Demonstrates strong verbal & written communication skills
-Demonstrates the ability to influence and effect change within an organization
-Demonstrates knowledge of financial services and deposit banking products.
