The Deployment Director will lead our growing Las Vegas based US Deployment team that is responsible for onboarding clients to Duetto Revenue Strategy Platform. In this role, they will lead the team that executes of all new client onboarding and technical support of existing Duetto client. The Deployment Director works closely with the Customer Success Team, Integration Team, Sales, Product, Development, Integration partners, customers, and other internal support teams to ensure all Deployments are completed in a consistent and timely manner.

This is a technically oriented, client-facing, and managerial role that has to wear a lot of hats and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves working in the trenches alongside their team. They will be incharge of helping the full team prioritize requests and projects to make sure the right work is get done at the right time. They will act as the ultimate decision maker and escalation point for the team to provide guidance and assistance in difficult situations. They will need to mentor, coach, and grow the team as the demands on the department changes as our company as a whole changes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, create, and implement initiatives to expedite client use of the Duetto Platform
  • Lead a group of vibrant personalities and create a open family atmosphere among the team
  • Consistent and clear communication of expectation, initiative, goals, and priorities
  • Escalate issues and involve relevant teams when necessary
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Articulate current state, pipeline, and needs of the Deployment team to the Executive Team
  • Coordinate and share best practices with the European Deployment Team
  • Work closely with QA and Integrations on transition of new integrations to Deployment Team
  • Coordinate and schedule meeting planners with customers, integration partners, and internal team members
  • Consulting with new and existing clients on custom projects and integrations
  • Based on experience with clients, contribute best practices and process refinement suggestions to global Deployment group and Customer Success Team
  • Be the face of Duetto Deployment to prospective and enterprise customers
  • Lead and participate in knowledge sharing and collaborative training with Deployment and Customer Success team members

Required Experience

  • 7+ years experience Hospitality and/or Information Technologyrequired
  • Familiarity with technology/project implementation
  • Experience with Saas implementation
  • Experience with networks, system integrations, and data processing
  • Complex project management experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion
  • Proven ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and time frames
  • A passion for, and understanding of, Revenue Strategy concepts and various distributionchannels as well as how they interact with each other
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships (internally and with clients)
  • Desire to work in a small, young company where things move fast, change constantly and contributions are important at every level from day 1
  • Great story teller/presenter able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with the business development team, development team, integration team, management team, customer success team, and clients
