WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work with marketing leadership to develop a demand creation program strategy to achieve  target objectives for sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Serve as a key stakeholder contributing to the organization’s overall framework for demand generation programs
  • Plan, optimize, and standardize program implementation processes across the organization
  • Collaborate with digital, events, field, products and other marketing program teams on acquisition and growth (cross-sell, upsell, retention) demand creation programs, and ensure optimal tactic selections as appropriate for each program
  • Plan and execute the best mix of inbound and outbound tactics
  • Partner with other marketing stakeholders to map the buyers journey, select personas, determine offers and CTAs, and provide insight into what working to drive future tactic & program refinements
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive creation, execution and testing/optimization strategy exists to increase engagement, response and results and improve program ROI
  • Work to determine demand creation program metrics and how to measure against objectives to assess progress and drive results
  • Serve as the key stakeholder and evangelist for testing and optimization, championing data-driven risk taking by demand creation marketers
  • Engage proactively with direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of demand creation programs
  • Document and communicate/distribute best practices for demand creation program implementation across the organization, including recommendations on where improvements can be made
  • Communicate with and educate executive leadership about demand creation programs

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in campaign or program management, preferably in a B2B and B2C marketing environment and experience implementing Sirius Decisions or similar approach
  • Project management with multiple complex stakeholder groups at a local, regional, national and international scale
  • Management of project, budget and resource allocation to support success and efficiencies
  • Proven experience working on demand creation teams and supporting programs to drive pipeline and achieve revenue
  • Understands how to use integrated delivery mechanisms, processes and technologies in an overall demand creation approach
  • Understands the buyer’s journey, personas, and strategic communications and how to orchestrate connected demand gen programs
  • Strong relationship builder with marketing, partner and sales functions
  • Ability to direct content required for complex demand creation programs
  • Strong planning/project management skills
  • Strong oral/written communication skills

ABOVE AND BEYOND

  • Experience executing Account-Based Marketing strategies
  • Endpoint Security industry experience
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com
