Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager

Description

As part of the newly created Revenue Center, the Demand Generation Marketing Manager will manage B2B digitalmarketingcampaigns through the full campaign life-cycle. This hands-on manager will drive lead generation and operating efficiency through the combined marketingchannels.

This individual will bring experience in Demand Generation and Marketing Automation functions, preferably in a start-up environment. S/he will be comfortable working with a range of job roles including sales, IT and executives; and will be proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the extended marketing team to develop demand generation campaign strategy and execution
  • Build and execute multi-channel programs (webinars, tradeshows, digital advertising etc.)
  • Manage and execute nurture strategy for prospects and customers on an ongoing basis
  • Design and produce regular reporting for team meetings, board meetings, and ad-hoc requests. Reporting on campaign attribution and performance, funnel metrics, and other metrics specific to Marketo/Salesforce platforms
  • Utilize own experience and best practices to guide campaign managers during campaign development and refinement cycles
  • Additional responsibilities will be required. They will be dependent on the candidate’s interests and preferred career track.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation marketing (enterprise technologypreferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience with Marketo Marketing Automation (will consider less if Marketo Certified)
  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com platform. Create SFDCcampaigns; create reports, dashboards and custom lead views. (Marketing admin experience a plus)
  • Strong Analytical skills with ability to produce meaningful reports for marketing team and leadership
  • Experience with campaign metrics from various marketingchannels including Google Analytics, AdWords, display advertising, social, and others
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in Marketo to produce quality data and full-funnel tracking
  • Understanding of ABM, the demand generation funnel and how they relate
  • Understanding of the SuriusDecisions waterfall and metrics
  • Organized and self-motivated problem solver with a knack for innovation and strategy
