  • Project Delivery Management
    • Proactive monitoring of assigned delivery activities, including active management of large and high-risk engagements, providing additional support to routine engagements, and assuring collective delivery excellence for repeatable program success
    • Provide rapid response escalation path for project teams in the face of delivery challenges to intervene and apply corrective or preventative action
    • Regularly collaborate with internal proposal team to identify and review new proposals for potential large and high-risk engagements
    • Assist with providing monthly internal executive updates on project portfolio
    • Provide guidance and follow-through on action plans for assigned project engagements to ensure timely resolution of issues
    • Ensure successful project delivery through close coordination with internal teams such as release management, finance, contracts, and accounts
    • Facilitate project kick-off and review meetings and lessons learned sessions for large, high-risk engagements, including relevant knowledge dissemination within the internal knowledge management framework
  • Project Delivery Method and Governance
    • Lead additional project initiatives to further the development, awareness, and utilization of successful delivery methods
    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create and/or review relevant project delivery artifacts
    • Create and promote best practice applications for engagement management elements, such as project review application, risk management, and status reporting format


  • 7+ years of proven experience as a project manager delivering complex enterprise solutions within the GIS or IT industries
  • Demonstrated ability to understand challenges from multiple perspectives and utilize this understanding to identify root causes to lead teams to a successful outcome
  • Experience operating and speaking at an executive level to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented
  • Ability to develop productive relationships with cross-functional project/leadership teams and customers
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, engineering, GIS, or other relevant field


  • 10+ years of proven experience in the delivery of complex enterprise solutions and services within the GIS or IT industries
  • Experience managing or delivering Esri technology-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of and demonstrated ability in applying project risk management
