We are seeking a world class leader, reporting to the VP of East Coast Operations, for leading delivery of our strategic accounts on the East Coast of the United States in New York, NY.
Note that this is a technical management position, a qualifying criteria is your understanding of modern digital software systems, their architecture and engineering processes in Cloud, Digital, Mobile and Data Engineering.
- Participates in sales deals and helps bring closure to sales.
- Ensures organization produces correct estimation and proposals.
- Hires and manages the human resources of the delivery organization according toauthorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
- Ensures sound delivery, works with account management and delivery management toensure successful and growing customer engagements.
- Ensures engagement with partners, helps identify new partners and defines collaborative outcomes based on partner value add, partner based marketing events and salesstrategy
Process, Technology and People Management
- Provides technical direction to the delivery organization and helps drive technical decisions around mobile platforms, services platforms, cloud, social, data analysis and enterprise architecture
- Collaborates with concerned rest of organization to create and observe strong development, technical and delivery process
- Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff
- Ensures Employee development, and training
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Be the spokesperson for the customers as a strong leader that industry and internal teams look up to.
- Fosters external relationships in the ecosystem to strengthen Infostretch brand, ecosystem leverage and value in the subcontinent.
- A Masters CS degree from a reputed school. An MBA is highly desirable
- Proven experience with a leading global services firm defining delivery strategy and implementation for multi million dollar strategic accounts. Experience working closelywith a sales organization; solutioning, leading estimations and presenting to the customers for multi-million deals
- Demonstrable experience leading delivery and implementation of global services practices comprising of digital transformation, Responsive Web, Mobile and service oriented architectures.
Strong understanding of cloud environments, Devops, Quality Engineering, PAAS, Web service platforms (MBASS), Mobile applications, Social platforms and business use cases utilizing the above
