Deliver defined benefit products and services to meet client needs, including overseeing various administrative activities for assigned accounts.
*** Liaise between clients and internal teams by responding to client requests, providing alternative solutions, and identifying possible plan design alternatives.
*** Research and respond to Request for Proposal questionnaires.
*** Coordinate and facilitate client meetings in person or via conference call, and prepare materials, agendas and presentations.
*** Lead implementation of new client plans and addition of product lines to existing clients.
*** Oversee day-to-day administration of multiple complex client accounts to include record keeping, periodic valuations, plan compliance, audit assistance, etc.
*** Collaborate with Third Party Administrators for clients to assist with problem resolution and trouble shooting.
*** Support client account audits and strategic planning process, and partner withfinancial team to complete client reports.
*** Monitor competitor products, industry trends, and legal developments impacting business.
