The Service Delivery Manager will join the Defensive Cyber Operations team to continuously plan and develop our comprehensive portfolio of security products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic environment. You will lead fast-paced operations initiatives and projects in an agile manner. DCO team is constantly managing many service requests. Excellent time management skills, superb interpersonal skills and the ability to support the team to stay focused on high priority tasks are key success criteria for this position.


  • Act as an operations project lead that is deeply embedded in the service organization, and a trusted partner to address the organization’s most critical challenges
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Take ownership of critical initiatives and define problem statements, targets, and milestones, and lead execution
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the project teams about aspects of project management and service delivery that will help them stay on schedule, proactively identify dependencies, and avoid roadblocks / issues
  • Generate and distribute status reports to executives and other stakeholders
  • Develop and measure service delivery metrics and thrive for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercises sound business judgment


  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or similar area of study
  • 7 or more years work experience in high tech, preferably in cybersecurity field
  • Demonstrated understanding of Information Securityrequired
  • Project Management using multiple methodologies (PMI, SCRUM, AGILE)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept in planning, leading change management, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Certified Scrum Master is a plus
