Defense Biometrics Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide interagency or multinational enterprise engagement support for a DoD executive agent's forensics and biometrics activities. Coordinate with Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) partners to identify and document requirements and capabilities for identity operations across the full range of military operations. Coordinate with JIIM partners to identify and document requirements and capabilities for usage of forensics and biometrics to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of the DoD business mission area, including those generating force missions that establish and sustain operational forces. Collaborate with JIIM partners to ensure adherence to applicable laws and policies on the collection, storing, and sharing of forensics and biometric information in support of the national defense strategy. Assist JIIM partners with achieving national and international consensus on forensics and biometrics interoperability standards. Promulgate the DoD forensics and biometrics strategy and implementation plan with JIIM partners.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with DoD processes and procedures

-5years of experience with DoD, Joint, and Combatant Command organizations

-Knowledge of DoD strategic planning, programming, budgeting, and acquisition processes

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degreerequired

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Headquarters Department of the Army executive leadership

-Experience with the intelligence community preferred

-Experience with the state department preferred

-Experience with international affairs and foreign relations–related missions

-Strategist Certification preferred

-DoD Senior Service College Graduate

-Joint Staff Officer Qualificationpreferred
