Zocdoc is seeking a Dedicated Advisor to manage the success of our large health system clients! You will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts to strengthen and expand ourpartnerships, and help our clients provide a better healthcareexperience for their patients. This position is for entrepreneurial self-starters withexperiencemanaging multiple accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strategic relationships with existing clients by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and manage operational and commercial account strategies
  • Prepare for and lead regular business review discussions with client project lead and decision maker/executive team
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying innovative partnership/product opportunities with clients
  • Collaborate with an interdepartmental team of engineers, project managers, operations workers, and sales executives to ensure our clients are set up for success

What’s required:

  • 5-7 years of account management, business development, or other client services experience
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau preferred
  • Proven record of building and maintaining C-Suite level client relationships
  • Experience and strong interest in healthcare and/or SaaS/consumer technology
