Job Summary

 

Coastal an Oldcastle Company, is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for managing and developing sales related strategies and functions of the Belgard product line and its related accessories to our Dealer customer base. This will include managing a team of sales representatives focused on managing and growing existing business, managing key account relationships, generating leads, identifying potential new business and developing sales strategies all to increase sales and market share. As a Sales Manager, you will increase company revenue by growing and maximizing sales of products to Belgard Dealers throughout the State of Florida.  

 

  • Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
  • Along with sales team, manage Dealer accounts sales trends, growth opportunities, pricing strategies, product demands and service requests.  Provide world class customer service
  • Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new Dealers to grow sales and market share
  • Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market
  • On behalf of the dealers, create contractor demand for Belgard products and programs
  • Provide education and product knowledge trainings to Dealer employees
  • Work closely with Dealers to develop sales strategies leading to sales growth
  • Develop sales forecasts and provide updates as required for management reporting
  • Work closely with Coastal Customer Service Representatives and Operations to manage customer orders to ensure customer product requirements and qualities are met
  • Prepare sales projections and market commentary reports for monthly meetings
  • Compile dealer's sales data, interpret buying cycles, share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plans
  • Involved in development and introduction of new products

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training, experience and education
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a multi-million dollar outside sales territory preferably in construction materials
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities
  • Ability to travel 40-50%
  • Valid driver’s license
