The Program Director assesses the treatment and safety plans, reviews assessments results, and engages with individuals and their supports to ensure that skills are transferred appropriately, individuals are being linked to the correct services, and supports understand the plan, interventions and evidence-based treatment modalities being used.

  • Ensure compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors
  • Evaluation and review of activities and program goals, fidelity to program model
  • Facilitate ongoing assessment, evaluation, and planning of programs
  • Identify opportunities for growth, development and improvement within programs and between other service lines that enhance the coordination of service delivery
  • Implement program procedures and practices that incorporate sound clinical practices and comply with laws, regulations, and prevailing standards of care
  • Interfacing with clinical staff, consumers and consumers' families, other programs, and outside agencies
  • Maintain knowledge of recent developments in related human services field
  • Monitor clerical functions
  • Oversee quality of services provided by program
  • Oversee quantity of services provided by program
  • Participate in PQI efforts
  • Perform other duties as required and pertinent to the mission of human services
  • Plan, direct, manage, and monitor coordination of administrative and clinical functions of program

  • Must be one of the following:
  • Licensed individual holding a Doctorate or Master's degree in social work, psychology or other human services related field
  • License Eligible: Individual team approved Supplemental descriptions may allow for a "license eligible person" with a development and supervision plan until individual is licensed.
  • Expectation must be set for timeframe to obtain license as part of position offer.
  • A license eligible person can only be considered if the teams Supplemental service description allows.
  • Must have no less than 8 years experience in the behavioral health field with, at a minimum: two years of experience in a mental health setting
  • Must have two years working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Must possess at least two years of program management experience
  • Must possess or be able to obtain all necessary clearances and background checks to work with designated consumers
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
