As a DCIM Technical Support Team Member your primary job function would be to support Schneider Electric customers with the following product lines:

  • StruxureWare Data Center Expert
  • StruxureWare Data Center Operation and all modules
  • NetBotz
  • PCNS for virtualization

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns related to SNMP, SMTP, HTTP/S, MODBUS, Web Services among other
  • Support software in virtualized environments
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Provide customer support by phone and e-mail
  • Be available for a 24/7 on-call shift approximately one week a month
  • Offer services and sales technical support to the sales teams
  • Provide new hire training
  • Handle escalations and interact with engineers and Experts to solve customer concerns
  • Find the root causes of issues and make suggestions for product improvements
  • Work with product management to help develop future products and upcoming releases


This job might be for you if:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Understanding of Networking
  • Basic understanding of SNMP, Modbus, SMTP, HTTP, FTP
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision
