Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Consultant to support ongoing implementation and configuration of the Dayforce platform within our organization. This Consulting role will serve as the technical expert and partner with the Director, Human Resources to maximize the functionality of the platform. Specific focus areas include:

Creation & Implementation of Dashboards & Custom Reports
Support implementation of compensation, performance & learning modules
Ad-hoc creation/modification of custom forms
Creation of custom file feeds
Review of existing module configuration to ensure optimal performance

Skills/Experience Required

Dayforce Product Expertise - Payroll, Benefits, WFM, Recruiting/Onboarding
5 or more years leading HCM Implementation Projects; previous Dayforce Implementation experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
Expert SQL and XML skills
