Job Location: Westlake, TX
Job Type: Contract – 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire
- Must have 10+ years of experience in the Data Center Operations field
- Knowledge and work experience on ITIL Processes
- Should be good in Microsoft office (Excel)
- Should have handled Incident tickets, Change tickets and participated in the Sev1 bridge calls for issues.
- Good troubleshootingexperience on servers (Windows)
- Worked on Incident Mgmt. tool (Remedy, Service Now, CA Service Desk etc.. and monitoring tools (CA Spectrum, Alertsite) etc..
- Should have experience on applying server patches, using tool or scripts.
- Experience on Scheduling tool (Autosys, TWS) would be preferable
- Willing to be on-callsupport in the weekends
