We are looking for Datacenter Incident Manager for our client in Westlake, TX

Job Title: Datacenter Incident Manager

Job Location: Westlake, TX

Job Type: Contract – 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience in the Data Center Operations field
  • Knowledge and work experience on ITIL Processes
  • Should be good in Microsoft office (Excel)
  • Should have handled Incident tickets, Change tickets and participated in the Sev1 bridge calls for issues.
  • Good troubleshootingexperience on servers (Windows)
  • Worked on Incident Mgmt. tool (Remedy, Service Now, CA Service Desk etc.. and monitoring tools (CA Spectrum, Alertsite) etc..
  • Should have experience on applying server patches, using tool or scripts.
  • Experience on Scheduling tool (Autosys, TWS) would be preferable
  • Willing to be on-callsupport in the weekends
