  • Champion Privacy by Design (PbD) & Privacy Documentation in the enterprise and promote deep understanding of privacy within IT and business functions.
  • Communicate need for privacy capabilities, core privacy concepts and privacy considerations in the information life cycle.
  • Assess privacy compliance application and system changes required by leveraging privacy principles and approved use case.
  • Establish privacy compliance processes and necessary controls to meet customer needs, satisfy external audit requirements, and address internal business objectives.
  • Analyze purpose of data use & desired outcomes (use case) and create privacy architecture & engineering solution approach , planrequired from Compliance & Privacy team
  • Analyze needs of customers (purpose of data processing), desired outcomes (use cases) and plan privacy architecture & engineering activities that will be required for deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in IT (security, risk management, application development), OGC and business functions (HR etc.) on privacy safe guards required.
  • Facilitate privacy management capability as a service (AI technology that scan / map data assets), including tools for monitoring, managing, controlling, auditing data access & flows.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on GDPR regulation and demonstrate understanding of key requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross regional stakeholders with varying levels of business/technical skills.
  • Collect sufficient quantitative and qualitative data to accurately describe the current state, desired state, and root cause(s) of gaps, with guidance from others
  • Escalate issues in appropriate forums and work cross functionally to develop solutions.
  • Address privacy technology safe guard impacts on inter-related systems and risks associated with new ideas and approaches

EducationRequired:

: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

ExperienceRequired:

: *8 + years of progressive responsibilities in IT Security, GRC, data management

  • 3-5years of Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent experience

Skills Required:

: * Understanding of ISO27001/2 , ISO29100 , ISO29101 , ISO29190 , ISO27018 standards, Information Security Policy (ISP), risks and controls

  • Experience working on the ACR/ICR/SCRP processes
  • Working knowledge of IT Audit process

, Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory requirements e.g. (S-Ox, HIPAA, GLBA etc.)

  • Knowledge of Application Development Lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with process improvement mindset
  • Self-Starter who can work in ambiguous situations and drive to a solution
  • Strong organizational skills; able to advance multiple work streams concurrently
  • Knowledge of data management standards, data governance practices and data quality
  • Knowledge of security administration

Skills Preferred:

: *Prior experience working on creating data protection related controls and standards by leveraging Privacy frameworks, any ISACA or CISSP related certifications would be a plus.
