The Data Reporting Specialist supports market leadership in understanding and promoting customer centrality, customer engagement, and financial/team performance. The Data Reporting Specialist gathers and integrates data, performs analysis, interprets results, and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the market and Consumer Business Banking.


-Acquire data from multiple sources to perform analysis to drive centrality, customer obsession, and revenue generating initiatives.

-Identify, analyze and interpret internal/external market trends and patterns to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations to enhance customer obsession, revenue generation, and agility.

-Interpret data and analyze results to create visibility and transparency across market activities. -As example i) Create variability reporting to drive branch engagement/sales, ii) Synthesize frontline activity and customer engagement, iii) Consolidate a view of the market ecosystem across Branch, Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth, Payments, and other groups

-Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand insights and recommendations to make data driven decisions.

-Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of analysis for the designated market.

-Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments to Consumer Business Banking (CBB) Administrative Manager.

-Coordinate with CBB Administrative Manager to ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.

-Help to support customer obsession, revenue generating initiatives, and agility approaches by providing suggestion on development and use of prospecting intelligence, data management and analytics capabilities.

-Build strong liaisons and collaborate with internal data analytics groups.

-Assist, when appropriate, in the design and implementation of Business Development activities and projects with a focus on better targeting market opportunity.

-Actively participate in any required corporate and business line training.

-Other duties as assigned which could potentially support the Market or Region.


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Four to five years of data analysis experience

Preferred skills:

-Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as economics, econometrics, computer science, engineering or applied mathematics.

-Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

-Experience with analytics, and statistics.

-Experience in advanced Excel for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation.

-Demonstrated project management skills.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
