As a Data Reporting Analyst with Hines, you will provide technical and data guidance and support, with the goal of collecting and reporting data, generating insights, and facilitating process improvements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design the conceptual, logical, and physical data models necessary to support a centralized database that supports the analytic data requirements for enterprise reporting needs
  • Develop relevant metrics and nomenclature to drive data-driven narratives
  • Create models for making forward-looking decisions
  • Conduct meetings as necessary to plan, analyze, collect business requirements, develop, and manage project needs/evolution
  • Develop and maintain extract, transform, load (ETL) processes for data migration from a variety of sources including SharePoint, Excel, HTML, and relational databases using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Assist teams with developing and implementing data collection processes that feed into the centralized database
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate and document their data and reporting needs


Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience combined with professional training
  • Four or more years of project management experience
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Expertise with SQL and relational database systems
  • Basic understanding of Python, Java, and other programming languages
