As the Data Manager on the Client Experience team you will help manage and clean large amounts of data in a team-based setting, providing support to directors and clients. Primary responsibilities include the download, manipulation, management, and segmenting of data within Excel with some SQL. Timely completion and cleaning of data is necessary to our client deliverables and you will be critical in ensuring delivery.

  • Manipulate, manage, and segment data – this involves pulling data from various sources on a monthly basis and tagging items according to attribute characteristics to ensure they can be accurately recognized by our proprietary RichMix software platform
  • Extract Data (pulling from Nielsen, IRI, and other data providers) on a frequent basis and configure within Excel, load to Microsoft SQL Server, and upload to the RichMix platform
  • Work with internal desktop and web-based tools along with Excel and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Quality Assurance to ensure the integrity of the data and the tools we utilize.


  • All undergraduate majors with a minimum GPA of 3.4
  • Experience in Excel, SQL Server/PL SQL Developer, and R preferred but not necessary
  • Strong interest in business, shopper marketing, consumer goods, and retail
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Logical thought process and ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
