Looking for a highly motivated, experienced hands on  Data Integration Technical lead to drive innovation and contribute to building core capabilities in the MDM, Data Lake and Big Data Platform. The  Data Integration Technical lead will provide specialized expertise and focus to ensure that a comprehensive, coherent, and effective data warehouse and data lake architecture is in place for storing, maintaining, and managing all of the data associated with the enterprise


  • Review, understand, and apply business requirements to guide the creation of a comprehensive, coherent, and effective overall data architecture
  • Prepare and propose standards and templates for documenting data definitions
  • Play multiple roles including but not limited to Data Architect, Data Integration Architect, and Data Modeler (EDW, AX and other relational databases)
  • Work as a Data and Integration Technical Lead with mixed onsite/onshore/offshore project delivery teams
  • Lead and collaborate in the creation, maintenance and distribution of data models, mentoring staff in the skills and techniques required
  • Ability to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders
  • Should perform oversight architecture for development activity


  • Expertise in SQL, Data Analysis and data management areas like Data modeling, Database Design, Operational Data Stores (ODS), MDM, Data Integration, Data Quality Tools, Data Lineage and Data Governance
  • 10+ years hands on Architectural experience in Design and Deployment of Data Management solutions including normalized (3rd NF) Dimensional modeling and star schemas
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture, data modeling and development
  • Experience on Hadoop (Apache/Cloudera/Hortonworks) and/or other Map Reduce Platforms
  • Strong data integration skills that allow you to combine relevant related data from various sources into a single consistent view
  • Strong experience with commercial ETL platforms and in-depth knowledge data transformation layer using Talend, Informatica and similar ETL platform
  • Strong experience with SQL and database procedural languages such as PLSQL and T-SQL
  • Should design, develop ETL and data architecture solutions based on the requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lifecycle Management and Privacy Principles
  • Proven organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills; ability to interface with a variety of stakeholders globally and cross functionally.
  • Proven ability to work in multiple environments and be able to prioritize and multi-task with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines while optimizing client satisfaction, on time and within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired


  • Recent relevant experience involving a complex, multiple application environment with both traditional data warehouse and big data
  • Experience on Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume and/or Mahout
  • Experience on NO-SQL – HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB
  • Experience on Spark, Storm, Kafka
  • Project management skills
