St. Luke's is looking for a Data Engineer to join the Data Management team within the Data & Analytics organization. Your work, to deliver innovative data solutions, will have a direct impact helping transform how we work to deliver on population health by improving outcomes and lowering costs.

  • Design and build data management capabilities including the enterprise data warehouse platform; associated data models, ETL process, integration pipelines and data architecture requirements.
  • Build cross functional relationships with data analytic teams and business leaders to understand requirements and data needs.
  • Implement frameworks for automated and scripted testing.
  • Contributes to improving solution stability, reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Works with architects to implement solutions in alignment with standards.


  • Strong SQL experience including writing queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with database management systems including performance optimizing and tuning.
  • Development Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Experience working with cloud environment (MS Azure).
  • Development experience with at least one scripting language.

Required Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2 years related experience.
