Responsibilities
- Assists in the formulation and definition of system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains ETL packages and database views
- Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines
- Provides estimates for planned work
- Establish an open relationship with customers, teammates, and other members of the IT organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of related experience that includes experience in data integration and analytics projects
- Ability to lead moderately complex projects.
Pluses:
- Knowledge of XSLT, XPath, XQuery, XSD, and XML parsers
- Working knowledge of web services
- Experience in application development utilizing Java, JavaScript, C#, .NET
- Experience in Hadoop, and/or MarkLogic
- Experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse
- Experience with GitHub
Skills:
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization
- Strong understanding of Oracle or Sql/Server
- Experience in data, XML and JSON
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize, and plan work to satisfy established timeframes
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an agile environment
