Responsible for the set up, maintenance, organization, and control of the input and output ofdata in to the company's ERP systems. Collect, review, and audit data within a database and distribute finished reports. Control access to data in a computer or network system and provide assistance to users having difficulty retrieving information. Support Business Analysts on system upgrades, security patches and general business initiatives utilizing the ERP systems. May assist in the implementation of security procedures to ensure that sensitive data remains protected.


  • Responsible for the set up, maintenance, organization, and control of the input and output of data in to the company's ERP systems.
  • Verify input to ensure total accuracy of data and provide a concerted effort in coordinating data transmissions/interfaces.
  • Access data, retrieve required information and manipulate data to prepare ad hoc reports in response to specific requests from management/customers.
  • Provide and request information in a discretionary manner to ensure integrity of data base and safeguard confidential information.
  • Make recommendation for improvement in procedures, system utilization and documents accordingly.
  • Assist in troubleshooting various systems and databases by performing system investigations and audits and coordinating with the appropriate vendors/customers as necessary.
  • Maintains required records and logs on production statistics.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

HS diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years ofwork experience.

Requires very good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job. Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on department or company. Must have very good knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs specific tothe job in order to complete duties successfully. Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in which there is frequent contact with while completing daily workassignments of the job. Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient toexplain departmental policy, methods and/or procedures when completing assignments. Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.
