In this role, you have the opportunity to
Influence strategic and tactical decisions thru effective data analysis and visualization by providing analytics and reporting to support the success of our Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) & Senior Living business segments. You will support the Senior Leadership and functional leaders for Billing/Accounts Receivables (AR), GSD Customer Service and EAS Call Center teams to drive consolidation, standardization and quality analytics.

Our core PERS & Sr. Living (Aging & Care Giving) Financial Services Operations within the Analytics team, providing exceptional service to PERS and Sr. Living Leadership and business segments B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer), GSD (Government Service Division, Customer Service, and Intake/Registration), EAS (Equipment Assistance Specialists) and Cash and Collections. This team is responsible for driving the accuracy and integrity of data, reporting and analytics, and operational and system insights that supports the PERS & Sr. Living organization in Nashville.
