In this role, the analyst will own a variety of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the Analytics & Reporting team supporting Sales/Marketing with a focus on data analysis and reporting, process analysis, supporting weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, and be involved in support of new business management initiatives. This role will be a critical member of the Analytics and Reporting team collaborating with, and providing critical support to the Sales and Marketing teams. A successful candidate will have strong data analysis skills, strong Excel skills, exhibit strong creative and problem-solving skills, and collaborative abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

?        Organize data and generate deep customer insight to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness

?        Create comprehensive dashboards and automated metrics reports for Sales and Marketing and performance metrics, call metric tracking, defection rates, etc.

?        Provide data, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support sales force/marketing monthly and quarterly business reviews. Analyze revenue trends and variances to goals, and communicate to Sales and Marketing managers.

?        Detect emerging customer or market trends and help determine how the business can meet those opportunities and challenges to drive greater sales success.

?        Partner with the Sales and Marketing, and Finance teams to drive direction and strategic initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis

?        Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights (such as advertiser spend analysis, business input metrics) and benchmark against the broader industry.

?        Supports ad-hoc data analysis requests

?        Drive results. Work with key stakeholders to develop and streamline campaign execution process

?        Partner with Marketing team in order to develop and track marketing campaigns/programs

?        Execute marketing programs, campaigns and events ? tracks ROI, targets, and results of every initiative launched

?        Serve as a link between marketing and sales

?        Work with internal clients to rollout and train on report usage.

?        Ensure accuracy of reporting by developing and adhering to QC/validation procedures to achieve the highest level of accuracy and quality standards.

?        Maintain and execute reports that currently reside outside of automated systems until they are fully integrated and automated.

?        Implement the automation of standardized reporting and analysis through the use of multiple tools.

?        Obtain & maintain technical expertise of available reporting tools to enhance automated reporting efforts.  



?        Enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to learn new tools

?        Fully proficient in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

?        Strong written and verbal communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

?        Experience working on attribution models and tracking is desired.

?        Strong Analytical, problem solving, and organization skills required.

?        Knowledge of MicroStrategy is desired.

?        Experience with Data Matching algorithms is desired. 

Education: BA/BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences or related field is required.
