Premium automobile manufacturer is seeking an Customer Relations Systems Analyst to join their Customer Relations and Services team.
What You?ll Be Doing at our Corporate Headquarters:
? Using advance Excel skills, generate time sensitive, multi-system reports.
? Mine and extract data from various systems to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hocreports in an organized and efficient timeframe.
? Prepare Monthly Reports, Presentations, Data Analysis with Data from our CRM Systems - Customer Central (Siebel), Cognos and Call Center Telecom Data plus various other data sources.
? Act as a liaison with the help desk and department with regards to unresolved system issues.
? Proactively identify ways to enhance and improve systems and CR processes.
? Assist in the resolution of various system issues related to Siebel, Avaya phone system (including Avaya Onex remote software).
? Manage and maintain Customer Relations Infonet Page:
o Represent CR at quarterly BMW Group Company Infonet Delegate Meetings.
o Update CR Department Pages with new content, staffing changes, links to various external sources.
o Department Organization chart in Visio and CR Department Directory''s.
? Act as administrator for CR Department DIVA drive (Shared department server - folder and file permission management and maintenance).
? Assist with daily tasks and projects.
Competencies Valued ? You Have:
? Core MS Office and data analysis and formula creation skills are also essential.
? Have experience with creating reports with a reporting tool (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, Etc.)
? Knowledge of standard Formatting, Mathematic and String formulas frequently used for reporting.
? Know how to construct basic reports
o Charts: Line, bar, pie
o How to group and summarize data with the report definition
o How to display data for different time ranges.
? Basic database understanding, table structures, columns, indexes, referential integrity etc.
?MS Office Suite proficiency.
? Courteous telephone/active listening skills.
? Strong written communication skills.
? Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
? The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Thorough and accurate work habits; you pay attention to the details.

Experience and Education:
?Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience.
? 2-3 years data analystexperience.
? Excellent Excel skills.
? Strong Analytic skills.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.
?MS Office skills
? Highly organized.
? Cognos familiarity.
? Familiarity with Web design.
? Independent and capable of multi-tasking and effective time management.
? Visio Flowcharting
? Some basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) a plus.
