Job Description

NCSA is currently seeking a Data Analyst for NCSA's effort in the area of high-performance data analytics with industry partners and scientific communities. The Data Analyst will work on a wide variety of data driven applications with a focus on distributed computing in high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

  • Work with industry and academic user communities, comprised of IT professionals, researchers and scientists, to model their data and to architect the analytics solutions for their specific domains in the HPC environment.

The National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) is an American state-federal partnership to develop and deploy national-scale cyberinfrastructure that advances research, science and engineering based in the United States of America. NCSA operates as a unit of the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, and provides high-performance computing resources to researchers across the country.
