Under general supervision, the Data Analyst is responsible for Claims reporting and data analysis based on business requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
-Run queries, analyze and provide reports to leadership; Design, develop, maintain and edit complex standardized reports and procedures using internal and external data sources (ie. Claims systems, MicroStrategy, Sharepoint) for various audiences including leadership teams; Reports may include, but are not limited to: productivity, quality, efficiency, volume/outcomes
-Create insightful dashboards and qualitative analysis using data from multiple sources; Interpret and quantify trends
-Audit data to ensure integrity and accuracy; Address data inconsistencies as necessary; Create functional and technical specifications based on business requirements and needs; Develop data flows and report mockups to validate business requirements
-Assist with assessing operational objectives and projects; May assist with phone calls and open tickets with help desk; May access UltiPro Time Management (UTM) for reporting or serve as back up; May collaborate with other departments
-Maintain multiple databases and distributes a catalog of reports on a regular basis, to include weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; Provide ad doc report requests from leadership as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, economics or finance a plus
• 3-5 years of related experience required
• Database management and computer programming experience preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
