The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Dignity Health MSO is dedicated to providing quality managed care administrative and clinical services to medical groups, hospitals, health plans and employers with a business objective to excel in coordinating patient care in a manner that supports containing costs while continually improving quality of care and levels of service. Dignity Health MSO accomplishes this by capitalizing on industry-leading technology and integrated administrative systems powered by local human resources that put patient care first.

Requires at least 4 years’ experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.
At least 4 years’ experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry.
Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies is desired.
Experience Addendum – Applications Development
Experience Addendum - Data Analyst:
4 years’ experience managing, mining and evaluating data from complex SQL server databases containing clinical data required.
4 years’ experience performing SQL queries, data profiling, or using data quality tools required.
4 years working with Health Care data in a health care, payor or medical environment required.
Significant experience calculating statistics and with statistical software desired.
Experience translating specifications for quality metrics
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.
IBM, Oracle or Microsoft technical certifications or a PMP certification are a plus.
Agile, Scrum, ASQ, IEEE, ACM or other related software engineering certification.
